Healing doesn’t come from an outside source; healing comes from giving the body, emotions, mind, and spirit the opportunity to heal themselves. Everything you need is inside of you. The journey back to yourself simply teaches you how to use your tools. Sit, feel, and trust. You are so much more capable than you think you are.
